A coffee cup from the Blå Blom series, originally produced by Gustafsberg since 1870. The series is Sweden’s oldest continuously manufactured industrial product. The small blue flower decoration actually represents a bunch of grapes, but the misleading name is possibly due to the fact that very few Scandinavians had seen grapes at the time. The coffee cup is 5 cm high, 8.5 cm in diameter and has a capacity of 15 cl. The saucer has a diameter of 13.4 cm. The cups on sale were manufactured between 1940 and 1970, according to the stamps. The cups are intact and in good condition. There are no cracks or missing pieces.
