Coffee and tea cups from the Blå Blom-series manufactured by Rörstrand, originally in production at Gustavsberg as early as 1870. The series is Sweden’s oldest continuously produced industrial product.
The small blue floral ornament actually depicts a cluster of grapes, but the misleading name possibly stems from the fact that very few people in the Nordic countries had seen a grape at that time.
The coffee cup is 6.5 cm high, has a capacity of 15 cl, and the saucer’s diameter is 13 cm.
The tea cup is 7 cm high, has a capacity of 25 cl, and the saucer’s diameter is 13.5 cm.
