A Blå Blom-series candlestick manufactured by Gustafsbergin and originally in production as early as 1870. The series is Sweden’s oldest continuously manufactured industrial product. The small blue floral ornament actually represents a cluster of grapes, but the misleading name possibly comes from the fact that very few people in the Nordic countries had seen a grape at that time. The candlestick’s height is 12 cm, the base diameter 12 cm and the top diameter 5.5 cm. The candlestick for sale is intact and otherwise in good condition.
