A teacup of the Apila-series redesigned by Kerttu Nurminen for Nuutajärven lasille in 1977. The ornament, originally dating from the late 19th century, was renewed in honor of Finland’s 60th anniversary. The shapes of the vessels partly remained the same, but, for example, teacups and wine glasses were added to the series. The series was in production until 1985. The teacup’s height is 7 cm, diameter 10.6 cm and capacity 30 cl. The saucer’s diameter is 16 cm. The cups for sale are intact and otherwise in good condition.
