Orange melamine plate from the Fiskamin-series designed by Olof Bäckström for Fiskars. The series was the first extensive Finnish plastic tableware collection, which, in the spirit of the times, was boldly colorful and minimalistically simple. It included bowls of various sizes, mugs, round and square plates, as well as an egg cup and a jam jar. The products were available in orange, red, three different greens, white, yellow, brown, graphite gray, and purple. The series also included decorated pieces. The series was in production 1961–73 and was designed by Olof Bäckström. The plates measure 20 x 23 cm. The plates for sale show very minor signs of use.
