Fauni-peikko juice glasses manufactured by Nuutajärven lasin. The glasses were in production from the early 1960s to the early 1970s and were made in various sizes. Each troll figure on the glasses has its own name, such as Poppa, Sumppi, Edward and Hamsteri. Fauni-peikot are troll characters created by the artist couple Helena and Martti Kuuskoski. The hugely popular trolls once also appeared on the labels of Peikkojuoma manufactured by Mallasjuoma as well as on Osuuskassan’s wall-mounted money box.
The height of the glasses is 13.5 cm, diameter 6.3 cm and capacity 30 cl. There are a total of 5 pieces and they feature a transfer-print decoration which also includes the text: Fauni Finland-62. The glasses for sale are intact and in good condition; the decorations have only slight scratches.
