The Lotta motif was intended to honor the heroic women of the organization of the same name. The use of the motif continued for a long time even after the disbanding of the Lotta Svärd organization in 1944. The motif was produced on AS-model dinner and coffee tableware in 1942–56. The plates for sale are intact, but the gilding shows some minor wear in places.
