Maljakko on signeerattu: Pertti Santalahti Kumela Finland. Lisäksi maljakon pohjassa on teksti: Terttu 12.9.1981. Maljakko on ehjä ja muutenkin hyväkuntoinen, tehtaan tarra vielä tallella.
