Plates from the Irja series, manufactured by Arabia, in various sizes. The “Weeping/Sad” decoration was produced on AS-model dishes in 1956-60. Many people know the decoration as “Sad Irja” because the decoration is upside down, while on “Happy Irja” dishes (dishes manufactured in the 1940s) the decoration is the other way around. The plates for sale are intact and otherwise in good condition.
