Soup tureens from Arabia’s AS-model tableware set. The set, decorated with colorful transfer-print flowers, is second quality from the late 1940s, when raw materials were still scarce in the post-war period. The smaller bowl has a diameter of 22 cm and a capacity of 1.5 litres. The larger bowl has a diameter of 23.5 cm and a capacity of 2.2 litres. The bowls for sale are intact except for a missing piece from the knob of the smaller bowl. A piece is also missing from the rim of the larger bowl, but this is a manufacturing defect, as it is beneath the glaze.
